Please note: If the current printed edition is incomplete at the time of order, please allow an additional five working days before dispatch.

UK: Royal Mail Tracked, estimated delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

Europe: Tracked, estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Worldwide: Tracked, estimated delivery within 5 to 7 working days. Please note: Shipments to the USA are tracked but not signed for.

All orders are securely packaged in postal tubes.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, you may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Returns

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Certain exceptions may apply to goods made for your specification or clearly personalised.

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact me within this period. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying me of the cancellation and should be returned in their original condition.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of its return.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after the returned item has been received.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue.

Items purchased in person at an event, show or exhibition cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
