The 1981 STS-1 launch, the first space shuttle launch into space. A good mix of sharp linework for the structure and soft aquatint tone for the exhaust.

A historic orangery in Worcestershire, UK. I added aquatint to one of my older copper plates to enhance the shadows and create a smoother, more even tone tone.

Manthorpe

A property located in Manthorpe which featured as a case study during my time as a building surveyor. Experimenting with creating clouds by masking and overspraying the aquatint, alongside some detailed mark making in the foreground.
