These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through this website, operated by Daniel Connolly. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

  • Each artwork is described as accurately as possible. As each impression is individually hand-printed, minor variations may occur between prints.

  • Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical artworks.

  • Limited edition prints are signed and numbered as stated within the individual product description. Once an edition has been completed, no further impressions will be produced as part of that edition.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at or before checkout.

  • Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are packaged securely and shipped in postal tubes using tracked services.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • For international orders, you may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

  • If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact me within this period. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying me of the cancellation and should be returned in their original condition.

  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of its return.

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after the returned item has been received.

  • The statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If an order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue.

  • Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are protected by consumer law and are not affected by these terms.

6. Limited Editions

  • Where an artwork is sold as part of a limited edition, the edition size will be stated in the relevant product description.

  • Artist’s proofs may exist outside the numbered edition where this is stated or customary for the edition.

7. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • I am not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, text and other content on this website remain the intellectual property of Daniel Connolly unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live.
